Yes Ilford is my home town but live near Brighton now in Sussex. And actually 2 of my Hotpoint washing machines were brought when I lived in Ilford. I have no idea why it has so much trouble doing the final spin but as the years go on it seems to get worse. But only if the spin is unbalanced...
