Baby It's Cold Outside - How Are You Keeping Warm?

Seniors, like me, get no break on anything. You cant qualify for any help because your income is just over being desolate. Its just not fair. Nobody gives a senior discount on things you need. I was less than $200 over to qualify for any help on electric bills.

    Modern Living: Part Eighteen

Actually, coal is much easier than wood to burn. I have a caboose pot belly stove that as soon as it got below freezing you could start a fire with a few charcoal briquettes, shovel a scoop of coal or 2, shut the draft down and it was good for 12 hours, shake it down, add a couple scoops turn...

I can tell if my Silverado is in 4 or 8 by pushing one of the buttons or simply watch the tach drop.

Over the range, microwave ovens, etc.

I have a 1977 Whirlpool Mark Series M/W that was the top of the line but it only puts out 750 watts. Still works but fan is very noisy. Its on my refrigerator and only use the digital clock and timer now. I use a small Kenmore basic M/W from the 80"s with 1100 watts and a simple dial timer

    Battery chargers...

I've got a Sears Craftsman from the 70's that looks quite similar to that original picture but the timer turns it on and there is no 6 volt setting. Still works fine. I used it a few months back to charge my 4 wheeler battery.
