We had the Slo-Cooker Plus as shown. I would sometimes cook hot dogs on the lower part. Also had the Party Perk, except in Avocado.West Bend 1982

I've got the non-clock version of that Zenith radio with the "circle of sound" bottom speaker.I had a later version of the Zenith clock radio, mine had L.E.D. display and a straight line radio tuner. I used it for many years. No other clock radio sounded as good back then. Replaced it with a 2 piece Nachimichi stereo clock radio, later with a Proton, each was a step up in sound quality.
Indeed, they are eye-catching designs, and so is the "Sled" model in cobalt blue glass. Not to hijack the thread, but here are some beautiful Deco/Moderne Sparton radios from the Thirties.
The first one has a cloisonné front; the next two are called the Bluebird model and have mirrored glass. Unfortunately they sell for thousands now, and they're just AM radios!View attachment 318902View attachment 318903
easy to keep clean. trim pops off buttons too. pilot bulb easy to change. mom did it once a week!To me, that's a Dumb Design for a cooktop.
Why?
Because of the closeness of those pushbuttons to the burners.
A spill from a pot or pan.... and those buttons are now contaminated.
