I found this part leaking as the seal was twisted. I don’t know what this part is called - but looking for a replacement
There is a plastic block that two hoses go into the one hose has an insert with small hard hose with a plastic seal and gasket
This is the part that has twisted and failed.
Thank you for your help

Hi, welcome!

Well, that's one way of attempting to swap the original brass air gap with an 06 and later style injector. Unfortunately, the plastic housing was installed upside down, probably to clear the top panel.

I'd recommend ordering a new injector valve nozzle, PN 12001677, if the original that was twisted isn't in great shape.

But, more importantly, go grab a mending brace from your local hardware store. Install a brace on the original L bracket on the cabinet, then fasten the replacement injector housing on the lower set of holes (it may require you drill a few holes in the brace. This offset then should clear the top panel AND you get the added benefit of the newer style housing installed so the opening doesn't face downward/leaking on the base.

Ben
