I've been waiting since Monday for some help here! I have the lower cover off. I am not sure where the water inlet valve is. I think I may see it behind a large metal bracket. Looks like a hassle. If I don't get some help here I will have to buy a new dishwasher soon. thanks

OK, but it doesn't happen all the time. It could be the way it was loaded. I'm going to try and keep the silverware basket less full in the middle near the soap doors. And a new box of Electrasol :-)

There are two dispensers. They both appeared open all the way. If something had blocked the water flow wouldn't the other "side by side dispenser" have not emptied also? The soap was left in the open door in a petrified chuck :-)
