Martin, I used the AWM472W model you had listed above. Is that not the model # of the machines you bought? The AWM472W parts cross to Amana machines as well. That's why I said Ratheon. I could be wrong.

Tim, I would have no idea. Those Maytags are probabaly the rarest of the rare. I would love to run across one of those, but I probably never will.

$350?!? Those copper washers would've been out of my possession so quickly their tubs would still be spinning! Darren, I saw that video. I am hoping to get out to Lee Maxwell's place next year. It's still a big IF, but we'd like to try to do it.

Finally, this is a Savage washer/spin dryer. This is the same Savage as the arms company.The tub actually gets tilted for wash, and upright for spin. Again, not sure if it works yet, the cord was missing.
