PowerWash
Mark, it's pretty much the equivalent of the heavy duty cycle on your Whirlpool. It's also pretty much the equivalent of the stain ttreat option being added to your whites, normal/casual, and sanitize cycles, if you do have a stain treat option button. The process is it starts with warm water and gradually heats the water to 130 degrees to take care of various types of protein and other tains without pretreating. Used this feature on the WP at the 2002 convention and it's fantastic. thorough Rinse is probably nothing more than the extra rinse/skin care rinse from the old Kenmore HE series before they lest Whirly. essentially these Maytags have the old Kenmore He feature set in new language/terms.
