    Found an unusual vintage three phase machine

    So I’m potentially gonna try to purchase this machine, it doesn’t spin dry but I can work around with that. It is three phase but it’s steam heated so I can just make it hot water fill easily, it’ll be the machine for when I have to do anything larger than 7 kg such as large blankets comforters...

    Vintage East German washing machines in Australia

    So the oblong shaped ones are made in Czechoslovakia They’re really easy to work on, while the square German ones those are made in the GDR. They’ve just got a motor and a heater in them and a Hoover style wash plate at the bottom.
