I think that a video specifically of the machine in agitation/wash mode would be a better idea. Use the small wash water level, and the same over-ride of the lid switch.

I've done restorations on those european//german consoles. They all, by now, require an extensive $$$ overhauling due to age. BUT, they do sound nice when finished.

Watching that video, that machine sounds horrible. Hopefully someone here has a clue about what is wrong. Transmission or bearing issues? Possibly a stripped gear. - which would require transmission service or replacement.

And... to add to my previous rant about commercials.... Those multiple types of annoying "Won't you donate?, just $19 a month?" commercials are some big SCAM just to take your money. Do you really KNOW where your $19 donation really goes? I bet you'd never find the true answer to that. And I bet...

I agree there! I once cooked a whole Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house, who had that goofy stove. Very difficult to maneuver things around with that damned appliance! I once saw it in Samantha's kitchen in "Bewitched".
