Not an orbital machine. Looks like the agitator shaft is stripped inside the gear case or the agitator itself is stripped. What does the shaft look like once the agitator has been removed?

Kenmore There was an upper model Kenmore that included wash/spin speeds and timing for each cycle. Like the time of the final spin. That's the most detailed I can remember. Maybe a windowed alphabet washer, I cannot recall exactly... Malcolm

I miss the presence of washing instructions printed on the underside of the lid. Some manufacturers provided excellent detail in how to use the machine. So.... Which manufacturer had the best washing machine instruction/cycle details on the lid? Discuss... Malcolm
