Peter Pan was a show I always looked forward to when I was little. I think I was 4 the first time I saw it.

Yes, I certainly agree an attic is an undesirable place for HVAC equipment. In addition to the insulation getting wet, the air handler and flex duct got contaminated with mold, necessitating its removal.
