Hello Everyone!
I just happened to snag this beaut for $100 today. Everything works, but I'm trying to figure out what year and make this is. I would love to get an owners manual. Also I would love to know how to remove the burners so I can clean this girl like she deserves. By the way her name is Helen after my amazing Grannie..

Hey Marsha - nice looking range you've found, looks to be late 50's or so. You can remove the top elements by (unplugging the range from the wall) and removing the small screw in the center of the hinge on the element. You can then pull the element gently out of the opening and lay it on the top while cleaning in the well below. Check the wires to the elements while you have them out for fraying or breaks.

Make is General Electric, like it says across the top.

Where are the controls for the top elements? Does the top lift up or something like that?

Imagine there are pushbuttons (5 per element; plus the OFF button) somewhere on that backsplash. Keyboard at that point....

It's from between 1959 and 1963. Anything earlier had a round clock, and after had a grounded receptacle on backsplash. The model and serial number will tell the details.
