Excessive is just what it is since it has been changed, and I have not had any success trying to use it and getting it to rinse decently. P&G can keep it thank-you.

So Launderess What liquid do you find best for low suds, and is there a fine line with your dosage to over sudsing? Like you most of my bath linen is white. Tks for your help.

and after the 3rd Rinse, the smell is very light & pleasant. That may be part of what my problem was, I only have two rinses on my duet, the first one does not use as much water as the second, I had the machine checked, the tech said it was filling the way it should.

Maybe I'll try it too, should you see a duet float by on a foam cloud, it came from north of the border, just let it keep going, I'll handle the loss :) PS; It is dark grey in color.

Persil universal powder for white and megaperl for colors. I use a warm rinse in winter I have a whirpool duet,towels are softer,cold rinse in the summer into late fall. And yes towels were hard to rinse until I started doing what I'm doing now,that's what works for me. Good Luck :)

Mich You're using a non-he detergent in an HE machine with soft water and it works?

@Jerrod I noticed Tide HE powder doesn't rinse like it use to after it was concentrated and found the same problem with the clothes when removing from the machine.

@frigilux Amen to that Frigilux !!! I don't know why P&G won't, they do have a large part of the market, maybe I just answered our own curosity. So your Tide with Bleach HE is not very low sudsing either, do you have to be careful with usage because of a fine line with over dosing?

I know that there is an HE version shown on the website for this Tide now, but I have yet to see it on the shelf. Has anyone tried the Non-He version in their FL'r ? I thought I saw an earlier posting on this when the name changed from Tide with Bleach saying it was low sudsing without the HE...

Dosage It is about 1-2 teaspoons no more because it is so thick.It could be about half the recommended dose.

@aimeemarie12 I believe it is HE detergent that golittlesport is refering. You may also want to use one to two Teaspoons of liquid detergent to try compared to Tablespoons your are using now and see how your sudsing issue as well as the cleaning ability with the reduced amount works.
