    Chemex Have you tried the Chemex method? I don't drink coffee - but lots of people love this method - I have a big collection of the vintage ones - all sizes - and love the old instructional brochures that came with them - just a thought!

    ditto - Wisk of course ... wet the collar ring - then rub some wisk onto the dirtiness - then toss into the wash with Wisk - should take out those rings
