Just look at some of the other recent posts on this forum lately... This is one of the most helpful and friendly forums I have ever seen. People go out of their way to post cycle guides and other detailed info, but it doesn't seem to matter. If there is hostility, there is a good reason.

If the dryers were indeed functioning properly, perhaps the sheets were some type of Polyester blend. They can dry very quickly and the heat of a commercial dryer could be enough to scorch them. Just an idea. Sorry your post has gotten buried.
