Don't think that the USDA definition of Mayonnaise allows for "starchy fillers". Oil, egg, acid, flavoring is all that's allowed. That looks like an interesting combination of stuff---locally sourced refrigerators; that narrow-looking stove may be from Canada or Australia (likely not coming from the US), spinner definitely locally sourced, dishwasher and the big washer/dryer from Dayton....
