Just for the record GE introduced their Mini-Basket/Mini-Wash system with the 1962 models.  Today's P.O.D. features the 1963 TOL machine.   lawrence

Re: Reply #10 John, One correction - both the washer and the dryer are 1968 models, at least based on the catalogs that I have.  The 1969 version would have been a WA850E and would have an optional Extra Rinse rotary switch.   lawrence

Amber, Welcome to AW!  Many good sources of information here.   Based on the numbers you state, I'd say that the cooktop (JP76Y) is a 1964 model, and the wall oven (JD12X) is a 1963 model.  So maybe your home was built in the late fall of 1963, as the model year was changing and dealers...

The Sapphire WP dryer is really cool - and rare!   But that last GE dryer is my favorite.  Simple and dependable ("small" - ha).   And, the Harvest Gold GE pair ain't bad either.  Appears to be a 1972 set.   lawrence
