Hmmm, looks a lot more minty and likely to work better than that top & self-cleaning bottom oven one that was there...

Beautiful 60s 36 inch caloric range

The stove truly was not used, it’s too bad they left it hooked up to gas with the pilot burning. The cooktop between the burners Is completely rusted through in spots from the Very corrosive condensation from the gas burning under the top all these years.

If anybody has a vintage gas range out there, they should keep the pilots turned off if they care about the range, especially if they don’t use the range much.

This would be a fun range otherwise it has a right front automatic burner with a brain burner and neat infrared broiler Above the rotisserie on the left side, it would be fun to cook, but not in this heat, lol

Great old stove

I bought one of these beauties years ago and then found out that none of the propane suppliers in my area would agree to convert the stove because of pilot lights being against local code.

That gas Ultra-Ray broiler was the best domestic broiler/rotisserie I've ever used. Pity.
