Metal Knobs You make an interesting observation, Kenmoreguy64. I'm almost certain the metal timer knob on this dryer is the same knob that Whirlpool used on my old 1979 dishwasher.

Well that was easy. It's filling much better now. I'm kind of embarrassed about this whole thing. I mean I flipped open the control panel and that little offset screw was staring me in the face. It's not the first time I've had that panel open. I should have seen it sooner. Thank you yogitunes...
