Whoa You guys like it warm. Our house is 71ºF during the day, and is turned down to 70ºF right before bed. Even that is too hot for my blood. It is fairly humid in Ohio right now, but has been bearable. I couldn't imagine living in the south right now.

My used HEPA filters have always been dark after using them. Just was wondering if it was either black or covered in any material. I probably need to have mine serviced as well. Wish I could do it at home, though.

Restrictor removal This is what I recommend as well if the water level is low. However, make sure your float switch is working correctly as well. That would be an easier fix. The float switch will stop the machine from overflowing when you remove the fill restrictor.

Clean Washer cycle She may be using a product on that cycle that is too high sudsing. My old Duet would do it slightly. If there is a lot of detergent build-up, it will likely do it as well. She should try to use Citric Acid while running that cycle.

appnut How did you find out that Auto and Sani rinse uses a higher spray pressure? I noticed on mine that Heavy seems to run both spray arms at the same time and doesn't wash nearly as long as Auto.

Test Attached below will be some of the test results from the same guys. Seems halfway decent. This machine needs a built in heating element for wash water and a warm rinse option. Towels would likely dry quite a bit quicker.
