GE Problem Fixed Hi Everyone I am happy to say that the problem is all fixed. The issue with it tripping the breaker was that i had the belt tension too tight and didnt realize it. I loosened the tension and it is purring like a kitten. :) Tom

GE Hi everyone Matt has the solution. I did some investigating and it is definatly the top seal. I guess when i replaced the tub boot the top seal had just out lived its usefullness. I will replace the seal with an extra one that i have lying around. I will update on the outcome. Thank- you...

Ge Hi Yes the machine only does this on higher water levels. I am thinking that there is a speed problem. It is not spinning at full speed. I am thinking it may also be a problem with the transmission. I will do some more checking and let everyone know what my findings are. Tom

Repair method HI The repair method I used was to replace the tub bolts, used an epoxy sealant to seal the small rust hole in the outer tub,and also I replaced the center tub gasket just to be on the safe side. This is a really impressive washer. Thank you for the inquiry.
