That's good to hear. The one I heard about was the new model so it is probably acting on newer Energy Star standards. I wish that program was altered or paused for washers. I think we've gotten all we are going to get from washers, and now dryers are starting to be impacted negatively also.

The heater on the 500 series Does the heater run on every cycle? I just read a thread on another forum that mentioned that the heater on the 600 series washer only runs if you select heavy soil, or sanitize.

I actually don't see anything that my 13-year-old machine does not already do, but then the handle on it doesn't look like a stove though. Why that olive green color? Not my favorite color to see. Would like to hear and see it in action sometime.

I would not buy a big box of this stuff. I did once and didn't like. It cleaned but it made the clothes rough and stiff. Probably included more fillers or something. I never finished the box, and instead got a box of Megaperls for white and a box of Megaperls color which I have always liked.

I have had this happen when part of the delivery was being done by FED EX or UPS. In this case, the delivery was market delivered and it was, but only to the Postoffice. It took another day for the article to be delivered by USPS.

If you are using the normal cycle are you sure you have hot water in the tub? The normal cycle is used to measure energy efficiency, but sometimes it gets to be efficient because cool water is being used or spins between the rinses, or only one rinse is being used.

I think you can change the words 'Hot" "Warm" in the display to the actual temperature numbers. Check the user manual under settings. I think you can also change the spin speed words to numbers like the previous models too.
