Alright, another update. Got the washer arm support complete with screen from Steve, and all installed. Then today I got the new flapper valve installed. Steve has tossed some axles and wheels for the lower rack, and the upper wash arm in the mail, and should be here soon. Now, just to find...

Im not sure what causes it, but I can tell you that the rubber flapper on mine is actually swelled up, I would say a good 1/4 inch over its original size. I think that is what caused it to warp, just in order to stay inside the housing. The new flapper is much smaller via the pictures.
