Vintage Frigidaire Wall Oven / $0 / San Diego

It looks like it comes with a vent hood too! That's a late model RBGB-99, thee early ones had GE timers with round dials, this one has the redesigned control panel with the International Register timer. These ovens are labeled as "Imperial" but they are equivalent of the earlier and later...

DEVO's Gerald Casale: Cool mid-century modern home on market

Both the dishwasher and wall ovens are Frigidaire. I badly want brushed chrome panels like these for mine!

    "Home, James!"

Paul, if you don't like the results, you know who likes poor performing dishwashers! As long as they have an interesting washing action or they make funny noises, I don't care much about the actual washing results! As long as they don't leak too much water on the floor, it's fine for me!! ;-)

1961 RCA Whirlpool Imperial Dryer - New Daily Driver

I have a similar 1964 Canadian single speed RCA Whirlpool dryer (I don't think we ever had Inglis/Whirlpool 2 speed dryers here). Mine does have the auto dry cycle and the older style drum and blower driven by V belt and pulleys at the back...

    post 1968 RCA wringer

It's the first time I see one like this. I have some RCA service manuals but I don't recall seeing a wringer in them. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-oeuvre-d-art/thetford-mines/ancienne-laveuse-rca/1296821339?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

    1956 Fridgidaire Imperial Cold Pantry

The fan for the cold plate in the refrigerator section of these fridges should run most of the time and shut off when the temperature in the refrigerator section gets cold, the thermostatic control for this fan is usually hidden somewhere behind the plastic trim around the liner. It should run...

    John Deere snow-blower

I also like old Snowblowers, I have two almost identical late seventies MTD Yard Man snowblowers with Briggs 11 HP motors and 12v starters.

    Honeywell thermostat

One of the thermostats I have at home is the early T86 model like the one pictured on the box in my previous post (for the current electronic round thermostats), I also have Tap-Lite switches that were also designed by Dreyfuss, it's shown on their boxes.

    Interesting console finds today!

That's a beautiful cabinet Roger! And the Thorens turntable is still in! Too bad it's been gutted out of it's other components! Keep us informed of the operating condition of the RCA!

    Honeywell thermostat

This Semi-Automatic Chronotherm is the equivalent of my older Semi-Automatic T-832A thermostats. It has a mechanical 12 hour setback timer for systems that didn't have the required extra wiring to power the electric clock version.
