So...I wonder if the 12 minute rapid cycle on the Russell hobbs can wash the egg off their faces?

Pierre. You said: "the longer the wash time the more energy thats wasted", along with: " a cold wash versu a warm or hot water wash makes no change in cleaning power of the detergent." "water "a 12 minute wash saves energy as well." you have absolute no clue to what your talking about!

Whirlpool / LG / GE / Speed Queen front loader question

LG No, you do not SEE water in the drum, unless you have a option for extra water, like LG'S "water plus" then there will be noticeably more water. Clothes will be sufficiently wet with Water and HE detergent, with the current models, but will not be "dropped in and out of water like in a...

Poll: What detergent do you use for towels?

Since the question was asked if fabric softener was used on towels, I thought a good question would be, what detergent do you use to wash your towels with? I use either Gain Spring lavender powder, Cheer(original) powder with color guard or Tide powder, and always with a extra rinse(3 total).

Poll - Fabric softener used on towels

absolutely. The water here is a alittle hard. I use liquid fabric softener over dryer sheets, but I will use sheets once in-a-great while, but briefly. I use what the brand recommends, generally.
