I have one with similar problems. Both agitation and spin is extremely slow. Am planning on a complete tear down in the future. Someone posted a thread a while ago with pictures of a complete tear down, but I haven't had success finding it. Ron

Okay, so let me get this straight. She wants one of us to buy a broken Hoover twin tub, so she can go out and buy a new machine that works. What's wrong with that?? Not to mention I purchased the exact same machine, color and all, that works for $15. Some people just don't get it. Ron
