    Speed queen scrubbing their reviews

I'd pick the Cabrio over the new SQ. But I think the WP machines do a good job anyway, when used appropriately. Though I'm intrigued to see how these new SQ washers work. Curiosity killed the cat, and in my case often, my bank account. LOL.

    Speed queen scrubbing their reviews

I'm sure that it works fine...but like I said earlier, these machines have turned into a modern machine. You can't just "throw and go" anymore like the previous models. Users need to pay attention to cycle choices, loading properly (not overloading), using plenty of water for the load, etc...

New SQ Video By Eugene(LorainFurniture) ***Important***

New machines work fine, longevity however is another story. But you can get decent washers cheap these days.

Finally a good video of the GE unitized washer....

It pulls the clothes down pretty well. Be interesting to see it with a fuller load.

Finally a good video of the GE unitized washer....

Been wanting to see this for a long time! Seems like it would do better with a dual action agitator but whatevs...haha

New SQ Video By Eugene(LorainFurniture) ***Important***

I read some of the manuals for these new machines and from what I gathered, it seems as though using a higher water level helps this machine clean better. After watching Eugene's video on the work pants, heavy duty was used, but so was auto fill. I think a higher water level would have been...

New SQ Video By Eugene(LorainFurniture) ***Important***

I have very mixed feelings about this machine. Being open minded, I've defended HE top loaders because, well, I've used them and found them to work well when used properly. This one though, I don't know. I completely understand and believe that you don't need to thrash items all of the place to...

Tell me more about Magic Chef

My grandmother had at least a couple different Magic Chef gas stoves. They were basic but seemed well built. Her's had a stainless steel top to it. It was very nice. I was little at the time but I remember seeing the little mouse they used as an emblem. She had a dishwasher too that might have...

Yes very much! I'm still amazed at how much water the top arm puts out though. Holy crap! haha

Thank you, glad you are enjoying them! GoPro's are expensive for sure, but they are good cameras for situations like this. I bought a diving light attachment from Amazon. It was about $22 I believe and it works well.

Get out your popcorn! Here's a full cycle video of my KDM-21 Soak & Scrub Pots/Pans Cycle

You're very welcome Peter...glad you like! I agree about the water heating. I wasn't expecting it the first time I used this machine. I had never used a vintage KA before. At first I thought it was broken. lol. I do try to run the hot water first at the tap, seems to shorten the heat time by a...

Get out your popcorn! Here's a full cycle video of my KDM-21 Soak & Scrub Pots/Pans Cycle

More vids! So after starting to film the Rinse/Hold cycle empty, I discovered that the lower wash arm wasn't turning constantly. That explains why I noticed intermittent geysers of water in the first video. So after reading a post here, I took off the lower arm and unscrewed the part underneath...

Problem with Hydro Sweep arm on my Kitchenaid Superba?

Sorry to bring back this old thread but it helped me immensely! I took a video of my KDM-21 empty and saw that the bottom arm wasn't hardly moving. I had no idea. So I took off the Hydro Sweep and then unscrewed the lower part where the fine mesh screen sits. I rinsed it out really well along...

    YouTube channel

That's awesome Jonathan! Yeah it's amazing at what people look up on there LOL. I lost some subscribers once I started doing washer videos. Like I said before I started doing car videos...my 2009 Ford Focus, then I got some Oldsmobiles from the 80's and did a lot of videos on those. It's hard to...

Get out your popcorn! Here's a full cycle video of my KDM-21 Soak & Scrub Pots/Pans Cycle

I have the GoPro Hero 5. I really like it. It's small and easy to use. It doesn't have a zoom feature however...the Hero 6 does, but I didn't know that when I purchased mine. You can change the "views" which range from Narrow up to Superview. It's essentially a wide angle view...so that does...

Get out your popcorn! Here's a full cycle video of my KDM-21 Soak & Scrub Pots/Pans Cycle

Thanks for the tip Eddie! I went out and bought a big box of Cascade Complete at Sam's and mixed it 2-1 with the Fryer Boil Out. I used the whole box of Complete and have about 1/4 box left of the Boil Out. I think that will work well! :-)
