LG washer problems... already! Not sure wtd.

I don't know. I'm running a sanitary cycle with 3 twin blankets. The turbo is working fine this time. I've watched it for 10 minutes. Pretty constant spraying. Only 1.5 hour cycle.

LG washer problems... already! Not sure wtd.

well, I don't know! When the TurboWash works, there is of course no standing water in the tub but you can see an almost invisible stream of water constantly running down the inside of the front glass. On the cycles where I had selected TurboWash but it did not spray, the wash did a lot more...

LG washer problems... already! Not sure wtd.

So I ran another normal - 26 or 29 minute cycle and the TurboWash activated and worked. Clothes were wet. I am running a third normal cycle - 58 minutes, TurboWash not spraying, clothes and washer look almost dry. :( Guess I'll be calling Best Buy tomorrow. Good to know the hoses are...

LG washer problems... already! Not sure wtd.

OK that helps She also told me I had to press the fabric softener button along with TurboWash or the TurboWash would not activate... I told her there IS NO fabric softener button lol! She said excuse me, I need to put you on hold to do more research!

LG washer problems... already! Not sure wtd.

So we installed the LG 3770 on Saturday. Yesterday and today the TurboWash was not spraying, and the timer was showing extremely long cycles from the start of the cycle timer... 1-2+ hours. I just ran a normal cycle and I think it was 58 minutes... the TurboWash button was lit but the...

So I bought a washer - advice for installing it myself? Pick up tomorrow!

resolution! Thank you so much! Raising children and teens is so exhausting but I can't imagine anything different. I really need endurance and wisdom to get these kids raised :) . Laundry and cooking is the easy part. Thank you for praying! Well I spoke with the store manager. He was very...

And I made a grocery run this morning and got Persil pods, tide HE turbo, and Ariel powder to try. Now onto washing bedding! I'm holding off on the fabric softener and scent beads.... I do love perfumed clothes though.

So I bought a washer - advice for installing it myself? Pick up tomorrow!

YES! I do have a rotating old-fashioned clothesline! I go through spells of using it and not using it. I can't fit more than a load at a time on it and it's so humid here with showers almost every afternoon and evening... In the fall and the spring it's brilliant though. Thanks for...

So I bought a washer - advice for installing it myself? Pick up tomorrow!

Thanks for the input. Snarky comments about family size are kind of surprising given the public outcry today against online prejudice... but I have pretty thick skin and know that not everyone has a "filter" in place so to speak ;) . It's okay - I guess I also might resent someone who has...

So I bought a washer - advice for installing it myself? Pick up tomorrow!

I’m thinking I’ll sell it and get the LG eventually. DH is not going to believe it lol! I’m not sure I’ll need the stacking now with this capacity and my teens slowly moving out for college and careers. My family at home is shrinking! But I almost wonder if lg is replacing the model. Now I...

I wondered when you would chime in with that! I just have to say - that’s really rude. We provide for our family and don’t use your tax dollars. I wish I could have more but I’m too old now. 😪

Please let me know if I’m overreacting about the Maytag. Honestly I’m so thrilled with the washer. I knocked out a ton of laundry in no time. Thanks everyone for the advice.

Here is the dent - not big but irritating to me. Also the unpainted rusty spot. And the foot. I’m going to call BB tomorrow but the box was in perfect condition. It had to have been packed at the factory like this.

So I bought a washer - advice for installing it myself? Pick up tomorrow!

Just an update... I’m LOVING the LG 3770! So far the cycles are much shorter than the older LG from a few years ago. Thanks above for the advice on normal cycle. I used sanitary on a couple loads today. I had also tried normal but bumped water to hot or very hot; I don’t remember. I’m not...

So I bought a washer - advice for installing it myself? Pick up tomorrow!

Well the LG washer was a breeze. So easy. The Maytag though. I don’t know. After unboxing I noticed a dent on the side. When installed won’t see it. Then there’s an area on the base that didn’t get spray painted and looks like it could be starting to rust. Then the legs. One is mid-shapen so it...

OK I will - I purchased a Maytag dryer too - basic model with lint screen on top - panic mode purchase so I hope I don't regret getting the matching dryer.

It's on the ground floor but there are either 7 stairs up to the front door, or 3 coming in the garage door but not sure it will fit in that door.
