Hey does anyone have a spare Westinghouse SPIRAL Ramp agitator that have the "3 VERTICAL RIBS" on the ramp edge? This one is the more enhanced style that was introduced after the 1968 to 1969 version...it also has the gentle Hand Wash agitator.

Does anyone have any spare Power fin agitators for a 712? Mine no longer works the screw area is worn and does not screw in place.

Hmm, here's a video of a washer that needed the transmission large spring and transmission pulley small spring to be replaced

If the indexing or ratchet effect is created by the large spring...clockwise stroke spring LOCKS...counter-clockwise stroke spring EXTENDS...what would happen if the spring is removed?

Hey guys, this is an excellent video, would have been awesome, if only it was in English...you have to use subtitles because its in Portuguese but, from what I can understand, it explains what creates the washtub INDEXING from the transmission...(possibly eliminating it...maybe even a braking...

Oh yeah, of course...the dual-action agitator is the best (overloaded) laundry... turnover agitator designed...the best is the Kenmore spiral vane that has the 20 degree UNDERCUT...I believe it enabled 33% more laundry that could be washed in their THEN tubs
