I found this recipe in a cook book called Cake Mix Magic. I'm going to try it sometime soon, the potato chips is what got my curiosity. Anyway, here's the recipe. Fancy formal or just plain fun, tasty goodies start with cake mixes.

    Maytag a107a Slow Agitation

When my Maytag 806 was in the basement of my old house, she was very sluggish during the winter months, and would make some strange scraping noises, and with a minute or two she would be up to speed. After I moved into my new house, and the washer was no longer in the basement the problems went...

    First Maytag Sudslock

The weren't heavy or large blanket, just those small lightweight fleece blankets. I haven't noticed any other problems with the washer. I think I used to much detergent. I noticed that the Foca and Roma detergents are quit sudsy.

I was washing a couple of light weight throw blankets, medium water level today, and was watching the spin cycle, all of a sudden it stared to slow down, it almost stopped. What Was YOUR First Dishwasher

Whirlpool portable mid 80's, it had the pointed cone in the middle of the bottom rack to direct water to the upper spray arm. It didn't last very long 3 or 4 years, the pump started going out on it. Bought another Whirlpool it last about 6 or 7 years, it was replaced with a Maytag.

I would like to have either a mid 70's Whirlpool set in harvest gold. That was the first automatic we had when I was growing up. My second choice would be be the set in Post# 618127, but in harvest gold.

What was YOUR first washing machine?

The first machine that I actually bought was a TOL Whirlpool set in Almond in the mid 80's. The first automatic washer that dad bought was in the early 70's Whirlpool in Harvest Gold, before that mom used a square tub Maytag wringer with a set of double rinse tubs.
