One of Rich's clients gave him some fresh-picked tomatoes and corn, so we made dinner out of them last night! Rich stuffed the tomatoes with a yummy seasoned beef and rice mixture. We wrapped them in foil and put them on the grill for about 1/2 an hour.
Yum-yum-yum!! It's nice to enjoy "good" tomatoes this time of year - they taste so much better than those grown off-season! That corn looks delicious, too!
