    Maytags - Nice Washer, Basic Dryer

    Short stroke transmission by the looks of the agitator. It has the shorter skirt at the base and the wings on the shaft. Still a good machine either way.

    1964 Frigidaire running again, sort of?

    Just to be sure... Open up the lower back service panel and look inside. If you see 2 belts you have a multimatic transmission. If you see no belts at all you have a rollermatic. Best of luck!
