I have a pink Maytag set I'm needing to repaint. Both my uncles rebuild wrecked cars and have all the equipment and knowledge needed to repaint the cabinet. Was just curious as to where people on here who re paint old appliances get their pain't.

I guess my uncle just told me that I can take apart to Carquest or O'Reillys and they have a scanner and should be able to get me a pretty good match for the paint.

Was just wondering how I would get a good match for a paint color on an old washing machine. Got an old set and want to repaint the cabinet. I plan on going to an automotive store and seeing about having paint mixed but not sure how to get a perfect match as I will only be painting the sides...

LOL holy moly. I think they have got a few screws loose. Plus the orbital transmissions are junk in my opinion. The internal components are plastic versus all metal in the helical. I have had to replace many orbital transmissions due to internal failures. But have never once, crossed a failed...
