Well I cleaned out beide the lady and turned her around and took of the back cover. I pulled on the belt a few times and plugged her in and she started working but with a lot of clanging. I also found she s starting to leak a bit of waterbut at least she is up and running... Thanks for the help...

Not worth fixing This is a old junker, it has huge amounts of rust on the bottom and can not be used in a room with good floors. The self level legs are long gone and the only good part on the head is the timer(which I will keep for its another one)
