That door seal is a right old mess, one of the worst I've seen. Constant low temperature washing and/or poor quality detergent there I think. I think these were the last to have a proper mechanical timer rather than one of those hybrid jobs, which is why they are reasonably long lasting. Tom.

There should be a second bearing but I can't tell which one it is, although if you got the old one out you should be able to buy a generic one to match. Tom
