Electra 17018 1150rpm Spin

Modern plastic I used one of these not so long back, basically the same but the make was Qualtex. It was great fun & it washed & spun to perfection.

Supaspeed 1150 I had to let the Creda 17032 Supaspeed go Neil, Today I got hold of basically the same machine in the form of an Electra 17018 Electronic Deluxe 1150. It is in perfect working condition.

Supaspeed 1150 Sorry for the late reply Sadly I never did get the replacement door parts, but I did get to watch it going through a full cotton cycle, was expecting more from this machine but the programming was rather boring.

Bendix Really enjoying watching that thorough single direction wash action, just one thing that puzzles me is that way back then Automatic front loader Washing Powders weren't available so what Detergents were used regarding creating to much suds.

Your wash load Can't understand if you are on about todays machines or vintage one's Mike.

MK303 Thank you for your great advice Fido, but i managed to get it watertight without the need of putting it on it's back. Here it is back in it's place working 100% perfectly again.

Fingers crossed Gary this classic Machine will be once again water tight.

Rust Yes Gary Whilst i am sorting out the seal how could i possibly not sort out the rust problems at the same time, for a machine manufactured in 1979 it's in great shape. Now here's my Putting back together project for tomorrow night. Craig-
