The same here in Slovenia...
...they've appeared a few weeks ago. The price is a bit high. cca 6,50 EUR
I've picked up the blu one. Made only one load but I love the scent.
I haven't tried the American Persil so cannot comment.
Maybe as it is basically a European formulation it performs better in hottest water the garment can stand.
I can say I'm very happy with the performance and the scent of our (European) Persil liquid and megapearls.
I personaly would...
Attack (Biozet Attack)
I don't know if the scent is the same as the Japanese Attack. I guess it is, because the Australian one is also made in Japan. But I can tell that it is indeed very very nice. A blend of lily of the valley and fine freshness.
What a hard question to answer...
... I love them all.
Well when it comes to use them I do have some preferences.
I like Persil from Henkel (especially the German megaperls).
I like the Italian Dash powder from Procter & Gamble.
And I like the Austrian OMO powder from Unilever. Really a very...
Wow !
That's great. Good deal.
Love all those vintage detergents. They are in so great shape, they look like they were taken right from the supermarket shelve.
Thanks for the pictures.
Thanks for sharing. Lovely :-)
Those cardboard barrels of laundry detergents brings me back memories from childhood.
I still have many of them in the cellar. (empty) Yes it would be nice to have it one full !
Danby

Ingemar
... nothing is no longer as it used to be.
I belive.
This is something we've learned already some time ago. And applies to all brands, even the best ones like Miele, sadly.
Among other reasons the addition of a large amount of electronic components has only shortened even more the duration...
Asko was part of the Italian Antonio Merloni Group from 2000 to 2010.
As regards the spin in the rinse cycle there are several brands that omit the spin at the end of the wash cycle to avoid sudslock and minimize wrinkling (especially after a warm or hot wash) The following rinses are with...
Hello Launderess
... unfortunately I will not be able to answer to your question about Asko's repair/service distribution in the USA.
The only things that i know is what Mike has told.
In 2010 Gorenje took over the Swedish Asko from Italian Antonio Merloni.
From the beginning of the year...
Beko
"some say they have horrible reliability"
I wouldn't say that at all. Beko appliances are not bad.
I don't know how it will be in the US, but here in Slovenia Beko offers a 5 years warranty and for the very affordable price you pay you get quite a lot, that's why I'm saying they are not...
"typical italian setting"
I would rather say that that is not a typical italian setting.
If you want to say what is typical you have to take into account the large majority of the people.
And in Italy the absolute majority of the population have a European front loader. Those that have a dryer...
