We're Here!!! Pat and Fred have arrived from Milwaukee. Stayed at the Pfister Hotel last night (won't even comment on that!) and watched the fireworks for the beginning of Summerfest from the top of the hotel. Off to Minneapolis and just checked in. Now off to Robert's. Pictures to follow.

Sewing Greg and I had a blast sewing the curtains. The Pfaff is in the background here - a 2048 Quilt Expression. It is a great machine. I'll let Greg chime in - he tried it. Here is Greg using his Bernina - also a great machine - I was very impressed.

Waffle Baker Fred, speak of the devil! Here's mine. Just like mom's, except hers had a cloth cord. She used to put it on the dining room table and just kept those waffles coming for breakfast without running to the kitchen! With 5 kids, she knew the production line method of cooking.
