What a great idea! Our flat is rented but it has a laundry room. Its pretty compact but has lots of cuboards for detergents and stuff. The washing machine is 1200 spin whirlpool froma year or two ago and the drier is a Zanussi/ Electrolux TCE7227W.

Petek: You would have to raise your voices a little. Its a good few decibles louder than our 62db dryer i think. The normal cycle is 140 mins and the strong cycle is 130 mins. strange hehe. The rapid cycle is 45 mins I think, not really used it so not sure! David

No problem! Like I said earlier, we are going to buy the dishwasher. Its not that expensive and we'll replace it with a better full size one when we have the space. Well, our own home and not rental! Can't wait to do it, just done a loado of dishes there. Ugh!

Great! I could never find any photos of older Zanussi washing machines etc so its great that so many of you have some! I would love to hear and old induction motor since i still have never really heard one excpet on an Ariston washing macine.

No problem! I would agree with you about the design of it. I have seen a decor panel model before and it was just the same design. I know of the later model the FE4000 being on TV. It was Helen Mirrens washing machine in "The Hawk" if you want a look haha.
