you mentioned that you've cleaned the filter which is a good start but have you also taken the wash arm out of the unit and checked to make sure there isn't anything possibly blocking the arm?

Both very nice machines that's a great set. Top of the line models with mechanical timers. You'll be very happy with them.

that machine looks like it's never been used I don't think you'd have an issue running that machine. I would take a hose and pour some water into the tub to make sure it holds water with no problem. Provided that checks out and that it pumps out ok and spins with no problem I'd say you're all set.

That Norge is my dream machine. A friend had one of those when I was much younger and I fell in love with it once I saw it running. A true work horse that really worked at getting the clothes clean. And enough cycle options to handle any kind of laundry that comes it's way

Someone should grab this while they have a chance. Looks to be in decent shape that a lil work would clean that up nicely. Just hope there isn't any hidden problems lurking under the hood.

If it's having a problem with agitation it could possibly be a broken motor coupler. Which isn't a major problem to fix. They don't mention the severity of the problem.

I think if you avoid the "Super Wash" portion of the Regular cycle you will discover that the machine will run as it should from beginning to end of the cycle. The other cycles should be ok. If you look at the timer dial any part of a cycle that has a solid line will be an Off point on the dial...
