I don't want to bring up the endless discussion of TL vs FL, but I never understood why FL didn't really caught on. If u see the features of the Bendix washer, it was a good competitor against all other washers. Was it more expensive? Or maybe slighty to "big" for space reasons?

They use slightly more water and energy but the force of the power that swirls around is fantastic! Good washes, good rinses and it's build solid! Enjoy the use of one of these fantastic pieces of Miele art!

The sound only appearce when spinning. The drum is still firmly attached to the drumsupport and not wobbly when turned by hand. You can hear the sound when the machine is operating with the door closed.

They didn't even redesigned the filter unit. Guess with some other filter unit and a jet cleaning it (like any other dishwasher), the idea would ben interesting.

Narrowed it down I checked the currentflow (continuity) on both the thermostats. One (the 100°C) did not let current pass so my guess is that I found the reason why she does not fires up...

Had experience with the OPL version in Belgium at our laundry facility. I am impressed. These washers are build like a tank. No nonsens, just wash rinse spin and bam on to the next load. If I moved to North America, Speedqueen would be my first choice!
