Miele W936 WPS Gold: squeeze noise while speeding up / coasting down

Hi People
Today I was observing my washer (miele gold W936 WPS 14 yo) and discovered a strange sound when the machine started spinning. It like a rubber that is squeezed. I made video, link included. Have no idea what's causing it...

I'm prepare to change bearrings if that should be the case

It sounds like squeaks and rattles. Can you hear it with the door closed? Does the drum wobble around the center when manipulated manually?

The sound only appearce when spinning. The drum is still firmly attached to the drumsupport and not wobbly when turned by hand. You can hear the sound when the machine is operating with the door closed.

New problem appeared

The washer seems to developed a new issue. When the spincycle starts, the washer seems to stopped speeding up gradually but goes straight up to the max spin speed. It seems that it's even speeding up further. In stead of keeping the speed it slowsdown after ten to twenty seconds, just to do this trick again... What's going on?

Wonky tacho and bad shocks

Now, it seems to make sense. (Though, even using both links, I can't watch the vid on my phone.)
I suppose the sound is caused by worn shocks, causing excessive vibration.
These vibrations probably loosend the connections to the tachometer on the motor side. Now, whenever the tub speeds up, at a certain speed, the vibrations cause a break in the conection between main bord and motor. If the main bord does not get a proper speed reading for 10 sec, it stops voltage to the motor. Consequently, the tub slows down. The vibration gets less, the conection is regained, and the bord continues its spin sequence.
If I'm right, that fault should not happen with an empty drum.
If it does happen, you probably have a bad tachometer.
And after 14 years, replacing the shocks is no bad idea anyway. It's not a great deal, and shocks are not to expensive.
And while you're on to that, take the top off and lube the points where the Springs hook into the tub and the frame. This could be source of noise as well.
