Moisture Sensor
Try cleaning the moisture sensor inside the drum with some rubbing alcohol. The sensor is two metal strips either in the back or in the front of the drum.
Tide Coldwater Discontinued?
Reviewers on Tide's website are asking why it's discontinued. I'm not surprised if it was since they say you can use any of their detergents in cold water, so what's the point of having a dedicated formula?
I believe many are now made in the USA and some are still made in South Korea. I have never seen any made in China but I have seen a few made in Vietnam.
Patrick, I was referring to their current <span style="text-decoration: underline;">top</span> load washers only like the one in the video posted in reply #22.
Mine has the standard lower spray arm which does a fantastic job getting everything clean.
Since my last post WP sent me the friction pad and I replaced it in about 10 minutes. No issues with anything since then.

The Kenmore we had when I grew up was very similar but ours had 5 water levels instead of the infinite selection. It's an excellent machine. Enjoy!
