    ISE 1607W - Asko

Amazing I love this machine so much =] Love the flat door with lack of door bowl, and the lack of door seal Automatic door opening And the clean minimalist control panel The Ability to add a higher water level, so rinsing results should be perfect And the short programme times so you...

    Aldi Anco so soft Conditioner

Jacob I always use softener for bedding, I dunno why but my skin itches if I dont use fabric conditioner on sheets, I cant stand the starchy feel of sheets, prefering soft cuddly cotton sheets. I have quite a few conditioners in my cupboard, where as if i get sick of one fragrance I will...

    Aldi Anco so soft Conditioner

I agree I agree that alot of softeners are getting worse when it comes to scent and fragrance. There is no need for making the conditioner scent last ages and ages on your clothes. Lenor is the worst one, for it, I cant say i liked Lenor Breath of Fresh Air, it was too strong for me. I do...

    Aldi Anco so soft Conditioner

Whos used it? I bought some Macadamia and Almond Oil Cream Conditioner today from Aldi and it smells amazing!! Looks like iced coffee in a bottle, reminds me of comfort conditioning creme (circa 2007), used the jojoba oil one before, and that was nice. It smells so nice on the clothes, and you...

    Beko WM5120w - Another problem

Hey I like your zanussi too, but i really hate the fluff filter in the drum lifter, thats a silly design. The John Lewis machine looks similar to the washer i used to have before the beko, the Zanussi FJS1225W (2001-2010) but i much prefer the egonomic dial

    Beko WM5120w - Another problem

I'm fed up I did a load of colours today at 40 synthetics, during the cycle I touched the glass and it was roasting, I was thinking my poor clothes are being washed at 60 degrees :O I'm so fed up seriously - The washing machine is going and thats that. I'm going to sell it on gumtree. I...

    Beko WM5120w - Another problem

I quite like this machine has a 1200rpm spin which is good enough for me, a time remaining indicator which i miss on my old zanussi. Not bothered if it has jetsystem or not, as I found that whenever I used certain washing powders it left white specs on the door glass...

    Beko WM5120w - Another problem

Im considering A John Lewis Machine, as you get a 3 year warranty and they seem better made than zanussi machines even though they are zanussi, the plastics seem alot thicker and you get a easy access fluff filter as alot of zanussi machines are cheapened down.

    Beko WM5120w - Another problem

The grinding noise seems to only happens when the cycle has started, but stops after a while Now there is a slight glitch with the programmer, as when i set it to wash on a cottons 60 cycle, the machine washes at 40 instead :S which isn't good as i always do my bedding and towels at 60 to kill...

    Ariel Actilift Biological UK

Formil Biological powder I'm not keen on Ariel Bio powder as i hate the smell of it, its too overpowering and i cant bear to be in the same room as a load washed in Ariel I'm using Formil Biological (Lidl) for all washes, and it seems to be great!! I get spotless whites, and colours and darks...

    shopping in currys

small asko/wascator machine in picture I remember my mum used to work in a hotel (2003/04ish) and they had a small Electrolux Wascator WE48, which was a rebranded ASKO machine with a static programme dial and a pointer on the left, and a detergent drawer on the right. Supremewhirlpol - Is...

whatever happened to Glist Dishwasher tablets??

I remember 2005-2007 i used to use Glist dishwasher tablets, i found them brilliant at cleaning and shine, but then they stopped selling them in the UK, they still sell them in Germany under the name Somat, which is the same product as Glist under a different name (made by henkel) I remember...

    UK detergent prices

Nick I like the fact that I can use Formil on Dark clothes and they dont fade at all, and because it has oxygen bleach in it, i know its been properly washed, as the bleach kills bacteria, and ive noticed when i use colour detergents, my clothes smell mouldy afterwards. As for whites as good...

ronhic Calgon is very expensive, and there are other ways you can soften water Soda Crystals - Mix it with your detergent and use the dose for soft water, this can soften water and remove stains Use a generic water softener tablet/powder - cheaper and does the same job Descale your washing...

Formil Ive been using Formil Biological Powder and Ive been happy with the cleaning performance, I even use it on dark clothes and they haven't faded, which is more cost effective as i dont have to use colour powder. My clothes are clean and fresh with next to no fragrance, it rinses out...

It is me whenever you go your monthly food shop, its time to buy more detergent and you find that your usual brand has rocketed. I use Persil powder alot as i like the smell and the cleaning performance, and it doesn't irritate my skin. I usually buy the small 10 wash boxes as they last me...
