Does anyone own this dryer and know how reliable it is thanks

Sheets Bob, realizing you being from tx a lot fewer flannel sheets are used then us northerners haha. Good way of doing sheets there.... Interesting how many of us probably load our dryers as precisely as our bob loads!

Maytag model Bob after looking at lowes online now, fairly certain it was MGDC465HW. It did not have steam heat also i disconnected the water hose on my samsung after the installers had connected it.... Still am amazed at how that maytag ran and the unusual roller noises and rattles carrying...

Does anyone own this dryer and know how reliable it is thanks

SamSung A retired local guy close by here frequently posts good used speed queen and others....been thinking of asking him for a trade while mine still works. The repairmen made several trips to fix my brand new maytag but ended up bending the drum so badly that it was oval and would not run...

Samsung Currently using a newer four-year-old Samsung dryer which replaced a six-month-old new Maytag dryer. No problems per say w the samsung as the vent sensor was my selling feature. The maytag would not dry sheets period - it would just roll a ball of sheets. Both units ran like they are...

Metal worn Not much wear here - have replaced the plastic ring above this wash arm but have yet to replace the lower. My old mid 90s ka use to go thru lower wash bearings fast - and yes decreased wash performance and door leaks were the signs. Wash arm suports etc seem to be the frail point...

Avoid the repro Ditto here on the newer reproduction - same results as above poster. -Cant change out the grinding burrs and can tell these from the non removable screw in the back side

GE GSD2304K00WW just a tiny bit full.

Energy star Your probably correct on normal cycle as this would be the cycle judged for energy star compliance! My old electronic kenmore ultra wash sensor normal cycle has only 3 water changes total with last 2 being rinse - if both detergent cups were to be filled then the cup opens at 68...

GE GSD2304K00WW just a tiny bit full.

Pot n pans option A quarter of the way through the wash cycle here would be the main wash portion of the whole cycle. -At this phase is when the main detergent door dumps its detergent and also when the option of pots n pans should be increasing the water temp to around 140f - non pots n pans...

Etching Nice loading! - a tower wash system is best underloaded imo. -id try the big pot placed in center of upper rack and never have tried seventh generation but cant imagine it being better then ordinary powdered detergent. Does not look like u need rinse aid, per the spot free glass lid -...

    Housing/real estate

Home prices In addition to low rates, few foreclosures have entered markets - soon evictions from non paid mortgages will start up again resulting in many good foreclosed homes at good prices - this will effect demand/values on non foreclosed homes. Banks hold onto foreclosed homes and...
