Vintage Maytag DE 806 Dryer - $120 (san jose east)

I thought that picture looked familiar... It's really a pity when the seller can't actually take a picture of said wonderful shape dryer and has to search out someone else's picture. This is a picture of my 72's... Annoying... RCD http://www.automaticwasher.org/cgi-bin/TD/TD-VIEWTHREAD.cgi?24139

    Kudos to Keurig

I actually bought mine used about a year ago with no issues so far except where it has leaked a couple of times slightly where the tank docks with the body of the keurig. I just pull it off, clean the o-rings and reseat it and everything is golden. The My Keurig refillable cup has been a life...

    Maytag 4000 Spinning Problem

Maytag 4000. Hi. I'm assuming you're talking about a Neptune Mah4000? If so, you could be chasing one of a couple of things You could be chasing a failed unbalance switch. There are two impact switches at approx. 3 and 6 o'clock around the tub and an inertial switch that mounts either at 12 or...

My Mom's Maytag Dryer - Can anyone help me?

Hey! If the timer advances at all in air fluff, then the motors likely good. I would definitely be suspicious of the cycling thermostats or a mis wire or something like that because, as you know, the cycling stats either call for heat or advance the timer motor. Make sure your venting is in...

That's about right Except I think the 6500 could get up to the higher spin speed as there is a selection button for it IIRC. rCD

Neptune question number 2 tumble cycle time

The 3000 and 4000 usually maxed out at about 800-850. It was the 5500 that went to 1,000. The 6500 and 7500 went to about 1200 I think. RCD
