Get a "clickey" keyboard! I'm in the process of putting together a computer set-up for my new office. But the keyboard is key. I'm looking at a "Ducky" keyboard with the "Cherry" keys.

Yeah ... ... there is ZERO more security threat with an ELECTRIC IBM Selectric versus a 1932 Coronoa.

There are still ... ... quite a few IBM Selectrics -- from the earliest models through the Selectric III -- that are still floating around. They're built like tanks.

Well ... "I have a cell so if the power is out no big deal" It IS a big deal when your phone loses its charge ... and the juice stops flowing from those cell phone towers. Last time NYC had a major blackout, it took only about two hours for nearly everyone affected to eventually lose cell...
