E21 is some sort of blockage in the wash motor. Check and remove any blockage that may be there. If not, you may have to replace the wash motor.

If i remember correctly, that is an Asko dishwasher.

Forgive me in advance if i missed it, but shouldn't there be some sort of "plug" in the end of that hose? I thought most manufactures put a plastic plug in the end of the hose.

I have to vote for apple. I currently have a 6. It replaced the 5. Towards the end i did have a problem with the battery. It would get down to about 25% but you could not rely on that. Sometimes it would just die even thou it show 25% remaining.
