I will probably get slapped for this but my worst was a Kitchen Aid washer and a Whirlpool dryer. The washer didn't clean very well and the dryer didn't do well with large loads or bulky items.

I don't think you will be very happy with an OTR. For venti purpose anyway. I have had them and none of them seem very effective. If "good" ventilation is important to you, I would suggest sticking with a hood. However is space is an issue, I understand you may have no choice.

hippiedoll Yes the extra "lump/bumps" were another short lived thing in the early 06 line. I dont recall ever seeing one in person.

Washdaddy Some of the very early "06" models only had 3 water levels with the large tub. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) I believe around 67' 68' when wash n were changed to permanent press they added the 4th water level.

 quality :). Most customers that had/have those ovens absolutely love them. I do know of 1 club member that has either this model or one very close to it.

Orbital transmission Add me to the list. Our basement is heated but still cooler than the upstairs. It is also unfinished and the concrete floor radiates cold. Mine will start slow but only for a few seconds then it quickly picks up and is fine from there on.

I have never seen any newer/Alliance speed queen/Amana belt last longer than about 3yrs. I lost count of the change in part numbers back in the early 2000's of belts.
