Had an hvac .... with a low freon charge once. In cooler weather it would ice up and leak water out the bottom because of an ice dam between the evap coil and the drain pan, but it cooled the house. In hotter weather it didn't cool very well and that is when I finally called the repair...

Suggestion ...... https://www.jbweld.com/product/plasticweld-epoxy-putty If you're not too worried about final color, this stuff works like putty and is an off white when hardened. Else put tape on back side and fill in with 5 minute epoxy. There is one sold by Permatex brand that is water...

Bingo .... After looking at the schematic some more, the timer, no matter how it could possibly malfunction (meaning if contacts were stuck closed) could apply power to  both the slow and fast windings at the same time. Because the speed selector switch is in series, after the timer. A speed...

You asked for help, here goes ...... Since it buzzes on low agi/spin ...  it sounds like the fast and slow windings are both energized at the same time when low agi/spin is selected. This will essentially halt the motor and just buzz.    The start winding is actually what determines the...
